it is a tough diet if you're trying to eliminate all sugars but the one that is really effective is eliminating the bad sugars and sticking to the good ones. bad sugars are the ones that come from processed sugars and contained in processed carbs, like cakes, cookies, etc. but eating a healthy amount of fruits is good for you and they have the good sugars.
