You Really Don’t Have To Exercise?

Totally not true. I know that all of you may know that a low carb diet produces some pretty fast weight loss results in just the first two weeks, but you can’t forget that while you are losing the weight really fast, you need to still keep up with exercising so that your body can maintain its weight more easily once you have reached your weight loss goal. Exercise is also a great way to boost your metabolism so that you can lose weight even faster. You cannot forget that losing weight is one of the number one things that you need to do if you are on any kind of diet; especially low carb. This is because while you are on a low carb diet and losing weight very fast, there is still the fact that the weight is almost completely guaranteed to come back once you decide to get off the diet.
