The Probability of Weight Gain…Again

With nearly all types of weight loss programs, you often worry about the amount of weight that you might gain back. Well the low carb diet is listed at the very top of diets that have massive weight gain after they are no longer continued.

Because of the loss in muscle that is associated with the low carb diet, you will notice that your metabolism is slower and you have to work a whole lot harder than most people in order to speed yours back up. Because of this slow metabolism, it is very easy to gain weight once off the low carb diet. A lot of this weigh come from a person gaining back all the fluids that they lost within the first two weeks on the low carb diet. You should not assume that you can just start eating whatever you want once you have lost the weight.
