Not Enough Fiber On Low Carb Diets

There are a lot of people who believe that if you are on a low carb diet, you will not be getting any kind of fiber at all. Well, this is not true. It may be a bit surprising for some, but a lot of the foods that are consumed on a low carb diet actually contain an enormous amount of fiber. Many people are unsure of anything pertaining to fiber because it actually has no place in the world of “low carb” dieting. This is good news for those who need their fiber because, believe it or not, taking fiber supplements or anything that gives you extra fiber is actually encouraged while on a low carb diet. Some people that have been on the diet for the first time will notice that they do not “go” as much as they did before they started the low carb. This is why it is highly encouraged to those who are starting the low carb diet for the first time.
