More Snacks For The Munchies

The best snack to consume on a low carb diet center around vegetables. Raw veggies are especially good because they are filled with pure vitamins and minerals. Dipping carrots in a low calorie dip or making lettuce roll-ups are also a good idea. With lettuce roll-ups you are more likely to get filled up because you can add lunch meat and cheese to the roll-up. Any kind of bean dip or spinach dip spread over a low carb lunch meat is good for getting your protein in. Another good think you can eat to get your protein, are deviled eggs or hard-boiled eggs. Sugar free yogurt with berries placed on top is a deliciously sweet and satisfying meal that is not only good for a snack, but can be a great way to suppress your sweet tooth. Beef or Turkey jerky, smoke salmon and cream cheese, or ricotta cheese with fruits and nuts are all great snacks as well.
