Try eating celery sticks dipped in peanut butter. This may be an odd combination for some, but it is very filling and extremely healthy. If you are a little weary of celery and peanut butter, you could also try eating a cup of berries with some cottage cheese. A very healthy and all-time favorite snack of a lot of people are sunflower seeds or any kind of nuts. Cheese sticks just aren’t for the kids anymore. They are an extremely healthy snack because most of them are very low in fat and leave you filled. An easy snack for anyone to get is sugar-free jello. Pretty much all jello is made sugar free now so it is very easy to attain and also very cheap.
