Low Carb Food for Low Carb Diet

Many people think that it is hard to find low carb foods. What they don’t know that there a lot of options to choose from. First on the list are meats and fish. Just about every meat and fish 0g of carbohydrates, but stay away from processed deli meats because they contain carbs and nitrates. Vegetables are also very important as they contain many essential nutrients. Broccoli, cabbage, celery, asparagus, radishes, lettuce, spinach, cauliflower, and cucumber are just some of the vegetables you can eat. Though most fruits contain sugar, this doesn’t limit you to eat them in moderation. Eggs are good source of protein. Include nuts in your diet too: pecans, coconut, walnuts, macadamia nuts, sunflower seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, pine nuts are just some. Drink a lot of water and you’ll be amazed by the results.
