Fruits For Your Low-Carb Lifestyle

There are so many people that are utterly confused about what you are able to eat on your low-carb diet, that it is sometimes hard to find anything at all. Some people even believe that you are not allowed to eat any kind of fruit at all. Well this is not true. You can eat fruit on a low-carb diet, but you have to be careful. You can eat fruits like strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cranberries and grapes almost all day long every single day because they contain the least amount of sugar of nearly all fruits. The fruits next in line are fruits that you have to control your intake, but you can still eat plenty of them. These fruits are papaya, watermelon, peaches, blueberries, apples, cantaloupes, and even honeydew melons. Fruits that you need to avoid at all cost are fruits like mangos, cherries, pomegranates, bananas, figs, and tangerines.
