Confused About Meats? This Could Help

Choosing the right kind of meat to go with a low carb diet can be difficult. You may think that because it is meat that it is ok to eat any kind of it. Unfortunately, that is not true. You have to be careful because there are some meats that actually have carbs or are just plain to fatty for you to be able to eat and stay on a stable low carb diet. A good example of this are hot dogs and bacon. These meats are ok to eat, but you really have to limit your quantities because of the fat and sodium in them. You also need to avoid meats that are breaded. Yes, I know, you may want that great tasting fried chicken, but you have to try to resist. Any breaded meats will set you back greatly if consumed on a low carb diet. Just be sure to choose lean, low carb, and low fat meats.
