Write “Everything” Down

One of the greatest things to do while on a low carb diet is to write everything down because it will help you to keep track of your carb counts as well as help you to see how certain foods can effect your body. You can also make a schedule showing the foods you plan on eating ahead of time. When counting your carbs, just remember to write down the food that you ate, the time that you ate it, and how many carbs it contained. You also need to write down your weight for that day because as you go through the days you want to realize the days that you lost the most amount of weight. This will help you to understand what combination of foods work best with your body. Make side notes of new foods that taste good and above all, keep this diary with you at all times so you will not have to remember everything you ate at the end of the day.
