  • • Sugar Busters teaches that you can lose weight and be healthy by balancing blood sugar levels by eating high fiber vegetables, lean meats and unsaturated fats.
  • • The Zone in this plan, you have to follow an eating ratio of 40 percent carbohydrates, 30 percent protein and 30 percent fat.
  • • Insulin Resistance Diet is founded on the principle that carbohydrates are addictive and cause your body to produce too much insulin. Therefore control your insulin to lose weight.
