Overcome the Low Carb Diet Plateau

There is a certain point that you experience diet plateau and most people don’t know how to overcome them. Basically you have to go back to the basics of good nutrition and good dieting behavior to get back on the weight loss track. These tips should help you overcome your dieting plateau.


• Ensure you're eating enough, but not too much. You need food to keep your metabolism high. Keep in mind to eat every four or five hours, and always incorporate something with protein every meal.
• Ascertain your carb intake and reduce if you've been eating more carbs than normal recently. • Avoid carbs before bed.
• Get plenty of water, at least eight glasses a day.
• Keep exercising or start exercising.
• Start a food diary to know what and how much you are eating.
