Mistakes to avoid in low carb diets

Being in a low carb diet does not mean that you should not eat carbohydrates at all. This is one of the most common mistakes that people commit when they are in a low carb diet. Remember, carbohydrates are still your primary energy sources, and eating less than 100 grams of carbohydrates in a week is definitely not good, even detrimental, to your overall health. Instead, you can try eating low carb foods three days in a row, and then supplement it with fairly medium carbs on the fourth day. This will help refuel your body without adding so much weight.

Another mistake is when you overindulge in fatty foods and protein-rich foods. Sure, low carb diets mean that you add more proteins and fats in your diet, but that does not meant that you can already eat tons of cheese, bacon, and sausages. Rather, just eat the right amount of fats and proteins. You know what’s good for you.
