Men And Low Carb Diets

Men who are on low carb diet often fill very differently about it. For one, men will have an increasingly hard time dealing with the side effects. Since a man is usually more athletic and built very differently from a woman, a low carb diet may not supply a man’s body with enough energy to keep him going. You may have to find an alternative to energy and usually, it will be an alternative that counteracts the low carb diet. Surprisingly enough, the low carb diet was not actually made for a man in the beginning, so some of the same rules that women follow in the diet, cannot be followed by men. For example, some low carb diets tell you to start off with only twenty grams of carbs, per day, for he first two weeks. For men, they may need to start off at around forty or even fifty grams per day, for the first week alone.
