Have you heard about carb rotation diets?

The carb rotation diet is an excellent way to lose excess fat without depriving yourself from eating certain types of foods. It consists of three phases, the first one aiming to raise metabolism. This is done by building muscle and gaining a small amount of fat. The second phase involves reducing fat and also a little muscle mass. Finally, the third phase focuses again on speeding up metabolism and building muscle.

This type of diet is done with a three-day cycle that follows the goals of the different phases. For the first day, you must eat high carb, moderate protein, and vegetables the whole day; day two has a low carb, moderate protein, and vegetables diet; and for day three you will have to eat proteins and vegetables only, without carbohydrates. This way, you get to keep your metabolism up all the time, thus letting you shed unwanted excess weight.
