For the first day, you must eat high carb, moderate protein, and vegetables the whole day; day two has a low carb, moderate protein, and vegetables diet; and for day three you will have to eat proteins and vegetables only, without carbohydrates. This way, you get to keep your metabolism up all the time, thus letting you shed unwanted excess weight.
