Drinking Beer On Low Carb

There is a lot of confusion that surrounds drinking while on the low carb diet. Many want to know if it is safe to drink it while on a low carb diet. Others want to know if light beers are ok as well. Well the problem with been is that it does contain carbs. There are some beers that contain more that others, but just the same, it is ok in moderation. For some, beer actually causes them to gain weight. So drinking, if necessary, should be done in strict moderation. Now onto light beers. Light beers should not be used as a low carb way to drink. In fact, most light beers are actually low in calories, not in carbs. If someone tries to tell you that “light beer” is low carb, do not be fooled. Ask them how many carbs are in ti and how much sugar alcohol as well.
