Can You Ever Cheat On A Low Carb Diet?

The answer is yes…but just do not go overboard. You will have to take into consideration your current weight, your past weight, and the weight you plan to be. If you were a fairly larger person in the past, that gained weight quickly no matter what you ate, then you may want to consider holding off on the cheating until you are closer to your target weight. If you are on the low carb diet mainly to use it as a lifestyle and maintain your current weight, you can occasionally cheat, but just make sure you do not go overboard with it because cheating too much will undoubtedly make you gain “some” weight. Cheating, no matter what your case is, should be monitored amounts. This does not mean you should go out and eat a whole box of donuts in five minutes. Keep your mind on healthy and control the cheating.
