Are Low Carb Diets A Little Unbalanced?

There is a lot of debate among dieters that a low carb diet is not at all balanced. It is believed by many that low carb diets carry no way of being on a balanced type of meal plan. This is not at all true. When you are on a low carb diet, you are expected to balance out your eating. This actually includes carbs. Now when you are balancing in carbs on a low carb diet, it pretty much means that you should not choose the foods that are high in carbs, but you should still choose foods that contain carbs. Eating vegetables is a perfect example because vegetables are believed many to not contain any carbs, therefore, they are perfect for eating on a low carb diet. Well you can eat many vegetables on a low carb diet, but there are still some vegetables that you need to stay away from. It is all in how you balance your fruits, vegetables, meats, and dairy products without going overboard.
