What’s great about grilling is that it melts away all the fats and carbs contained in a certain food. You can try grilling barbecue or fish and still stick to your low carb diet. Moreover, you can make low car barbecue sauce, which is said to be friendly to diabetics. However, you have to be very cautious of the seasonings that you include with these foods.
