Try Some Chocolate Coconut Cookies

Chocolate Coconut Cookies are not only a great dessert choice for people on low carb, but they are also a very “delicious” choice as well. The ingredients that you will need are coconut oil, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla, salt, sugar substitute (Splenda is a great choice), unsweetened coconut, eggs, flour, and if you like, macadamia nuts. Preheat your oven to three hundred seventy five and lets start cooking. In a large bowl mix up coconut oil, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla, and sugar substitute. You may have to constantly do some taste tests to make you get the sweetness just right. Start whisking the eggs in until they are completely blended. Add in some of the coconut and start preparing the cookie sheets. Drop the cookie mix onto the sheets by the teaspoon (or tablespoon if you like larger cookies), and place a macadamia nut on top. Bake for 12 minutes and you are all done!
