Enjoy The “Snow” During Those Hot Days

Okay, well we are not really talking about “snow” in general, but some deliciously cool snow pudding. It is very light with almost no carbs, fat, or even calories. I know it sounds too good to be true, but believe me, it is definitely real. You will need to get the following ingredients: gelatin powder, sugar substitute, lemon juice, and egg whites. In a large mixing bowl, combine the gelatin powder with cold water and let it sit for about three minutes so it can soften a bit. Add in boiling hot water and stir the mixture until it has completely dissolved. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until everything is completely mixed. Cover and refrigerate. Make sure to stir the mixture every ten minutes for an hour. Take the mixture out and add in more egg whites. Blend completely and them place the mixture into individual bowls and refrigerate for one hour. Take out and serve!
