Well the truth of the matter is that carbs are not necessarily bad for you unless you consume too many of them. Your body actually needs carbs to fuel itself and get our body’s functions up and going. The carbs supply energy to a number of organs throughout your body. Your brain and muscles are the main energy points in your body and they need the carbs. You can get all natural carbs from things like fruits and vegetables instead of thinking that you need to choose sugar free chocolate. This way you are meeting your energy needs without risking a completely breakdown from choosing anything that has the word “chocolate” in it.
