Some Benefits To Low Carb

There is a lot of talk about why you should go on the low carb diet, but no one ever seems to put the best benefits of low carb out there. Low carb is a healthy thing for those who are diabetic or close to it. I can be the “make or break” point for pre-diabetics as well. On a low carb diet you are lucky enough to be eating foods that contain HDL. For those who do not know, this is the “good” cholesterol. Doesn’t sound so bad, does it? But wait, there’s more. If you suffer from hypertension (high blood pressure) you will love the low carb diet. It actively promotes a healthy balance to your blood pressure. It keeps it where it needs to be without going under too much or over too much. It will save you the cost of expensive prescriptions that do the same or less of an effect.
