Side Effects You Should Know

The low carb diet is a such a big craze. People all around the world are taking advantage of this diet, but is anyone really thinking about some of the side effects that can happen when on this particular diet. The low carb diet is pretty much a guarantee to weight loss and has one of the highest ratings in pounds lost in a short amount of time. One of the side effects of this diet is a drain in energy. You may feel fatigued a lot of the time, which is why you should also exercise to keep some pep in your step. The fatigue can occur in as little as just two days of being on the low carb diet. Mood swings (mostly irritability) can occur as well. One of the oddest and nearly unexplainable side effects of a low carb diet is hair loss. Some say it is because of loss of nutrients, but this would only occur if someone was not supplementing the nutrients the low carb diet lacks.
