Low Carb Means Healthy Teeth

That’s right. A low carb diet will pretty much guarantee you to have a healthy smile. Think about it, those who would cram loads of junk food into their mouths just satisfy that sweet tooth, often do not realize that they are destroying their teeth and gums. They are causing numerous amounts of plaque and tartar to build up on their teeth and also making way for a mouth full of cavities. When you are on the low carb diet, you pretty much eliminate sweets altogether. Once you get rid of the sweets there is really nothing left that can cause all those problems in your mouth. So no worrying about those nasty cavities, or the build up of plaque and tartar. You will not have to worry about the gum disease gingivitis either because you have made a healthy decision in your diet and you are making way for a nice set of healthy teeth to go along with your healthy body.
