Is It All Really Water Weight?

Now this is a myth that quite a few people still believe and it includes the people that have been on the low carb diet for years. Well the fact of the matter is that during your first two weeks on a low carb diet, you are losing an incredible amount of weight and this weight can actually be “just” water weight. That is why doctors and people alike will tell you that the low carb diet cannot just be started stopped at any time. If it is only water weight that you are losing in the first two weeks, it also means that it is very easy for you to gain it back quickly. After those first two of three weeks, the weight that you lose (depending on your amount of exercise) is actually fat. Now you have to make sure that you are working out and losing the fat, otherwise it will only be water weight that you lose and the amount of weight you lose will start to slow drastically.
