How to Enjoy Low Carb Lunch at Work

You could still enjoy your low carb food even if you are busy at work, or can’t find a restaurant that offers low carb food. Simply bring your lunch to work or to class. You could get low carb recipes on the internet if you find it difficult to make separate meals. The trick is for you to plan, prepare and portion your low carb lunches ahead of time so that you’ll just grab it and go. One good strategy is to cook an extra serving or two during dinner and save up that portion for a packed low carb lunch the next day. Naturally, you’ll bored eating the same meal consecutively, but a little creativity and imagination could make it more interesting. Another way is to prepare a week’s menu when you have an extra time cook.
