Do You Get “Too Much” Protein With Low Carb Diets?

A lot of people wonder if it is possible to get way too much protein while on a low carb diet. Honestly, if you balance your diet right, you will only get the right amount of protein; no more, no less. The belief that you can get too much protein on a low carb diet comes from the choices of what you have to eat while on a low carb diet. You are mainly asked to eat things like eggs, fish, and plenty of other meats that build you up on protein. Now this is not saying that you should only eat these things, it just means that these are choices among the things that you can eat. If you can learn to balance you eating to incorporate “some” of these foods, you will find that you can enjoy these protein filled foods without going overboard on your intake of protein.
