Being a Vegetarian the Low Carb Way

Being a vegetarian does not necessarily mean that you only eat plant-based foods. If you are not a strict vegan, you can include dairy products in your diet, which means that you have a variety of foods to choose from. Also, there are low carb vegatarian foods that you can include in your diet so that you do not need to worry about gaining weight.
One staple food that should be in your vegetarian diet is tofu. The ingredients that can be mixed with tofu to create a delectable meal are endless, so make sure that you do not waste the potential difference that tofu can bring into your diet.
Eggs are also great for vegetarians, not to mention that they are also rich sources of protein. Aside from those, you can also include peanuts and cashews in your diet. If you want a low fat replacement to cow’s milk, you can try coconut milk. The thing is to experiment and explore all the possibilities of vegetarian cooking.

Thanks for the great article. I will certainly check out coconut milk on my next shopping trip, I never thought of that :)
